This is so true that English is a language and not to be used as a measure of once intelligence. If one knows how to treat their fellowmen right and respect one another there’s no need which language they are using for as long as anyone can understand the language of a righteous man.
Anger is frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something we feel to be important. Anger can also be a defensive response to underlying fear or feelings of vulnerability or powerlessness. The fundamental reason why anger is a problem is because our minds are not in our control, which is what needs to be addressed.
Just spend a minute to identify at least one thing in your life that is not necessary and kill that today. Something like 'I will kill my anger' would be too general and this is not something that you can achieve by determination – this requires consciousness.
